Dining at Eagle Mill
Good mornings start around the breakfast table.
Wake to a breakfast cooked freshly for you, with local butcher’s bacon and sausages, free-range eggs, seasonal Fenland produce and, when the orchard allows, a taste of Eagle Mill’s own apple juice and preserves.
Later, take a bottle of bubbly onto your private terrace, settle into our 3 acres of Cambridgeshire countryside orchard gardens, discover one of our favourite nearby restaurants, or — if you’re gathering a group — make an evening of it with a private pizza or BBQ in the grounds.
No formal dinner timetable. No need to rush anywhere. Just good food, good company and an evening that suits you.
Rise & Shine
Sam and Sonya are keen that Eagle Mill is as sustainable as possible. To this end, they ensure that where possible, their breakfast ingredients are locally sourced. Their sausages, cured back bacon and black pudding are all produced by a local family butcher and, when in season, tomatoes and mushrooms will reach your breakfast plate fresh from the Fenland.
Breakfast is included with every stay at Eagle Mill and freshly cooked for you each morning.
Choose from a Full or Half English using local butcher’s bacon and sausages, or lighter options including smashed avocado with poached eggs, omelettes and eggs on toast. Cereals, yoghurt, fruit, toast, juices, tea and coffee are also available.
Vegetarian options are available, and if you have dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your stay.

Monday–Friday: 7.00am–9.30am
Saturday & Sunday: 7.30am–10.00am
Because breakfast is freshly cooked to order, please send your order by text or WhatsApp to 07768 537158 before 7.00pm the evening before, including your room name and preferred breakfast time. We’ll always try to honour your chosen time, although we may occasionally ask you to be a little flexible.

Eagle Mill Café & Kitchen will bring a relaxed daytime food offer to the hotel, welcoming both hotel guests and local visitors.

Evenings at Eagle Mill can be as relaxed or as social as you like.
If you’re staying as part of a group, talk to us about one of our Private Pizza or BBQ events. Prefer a quiet night? Order something in and enjoy it with drinks from Eagle Mill. Or head out to one of the pubs and restaurants we recommend nearby.

Planning a takeaway that evening? Let us know at breakfast or earlier in the day and we can recommend somewhere to order from and take your drinks order at the same time, so everything is ready for you later.
Have your food delivered to Eagle Mill, then settle in at the table in your room, on your private terrace where available, or out in the gardens when the weather behaves.
We’re fully licensed too, with wines and drinks available to purchase during your stay and enjoy with your meal.

Eagle Mill is fully licensed, with a selection of wines and drinks available during your stay.
If there’s something particular you’d like — perhaps a favourite wine or something you’d like waiting when you arrive — let us know in advance and we’ll tell you what we can arrange.

Planning a group stay, celebration or get-together?
Available to both Eagle Mill guests and non-residents, our private outdoor pizza nights and BBQ events can be booked for groups by arrangement.
From relaxed evenings around our own pizza ovens to BBQs in the gardens, they’re a lovely way to bring everyone together in the Cambridgeshire countryside.
Pizza and BBQ menus are available on request.
Spring and summer 2027 dates are now open for booking, from March to September. If you have another date in mind, you’re still welcome to ask — availability will depend on the time of year and what else is happening at Eagle Mill.
