       Wonderful experience in every way
Sam was wonderful, so welcoming and clearly cares about his customers. My room and bathroom were beautiful, extremely clean and exceptionally comfortable. Although I was away for a work trip and alone, I thoroughly enjoyed my accommodation and it felt like a lovely little break! I have a disability but Sam was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble - this is a huge factor for me when staying away from home. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the dining room was gorgeous. I would 100% recommend this place. I am thoroughly looking forward to returning one day.       A great stay
An absolutely lovely home from home stay. This is our third visit and we love it. Sam, the host is fantastic, such a friendly guy, as are the rest of the staff. Breakfast is made of quality ingredients and tastes fantastic. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend. Such a lovely relaxing night we had.

      Sumptuous and welcoming, immaculate and just perfect.
Sumptuous rooms, beautifully styled. Such a warm friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and tea served in bone China. Lots of breakfast choice. The owners have thought of everything from water in the rooms to face wipes in the bathrooms to annd Ev charger outside and it’s clear they are very experienced in hospitality. We received better service here than we have in some five star hotels. The place was immaculate and we would not hesitate to recommend this place.       This is how you do B and B - 10/10
One nights stay (unfortunately!) and wow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we were there another night, we stayed in the smallest room however it was very well appointed and very comfortable. The small touches make the difference I always think. From the fresh milk supplied, bottled water, his and hers robes and a proper coffee machine :) The breakfast was absolutely delicious, every need was taken care of. This is how you do B and B 10/10, its a shame we live so far away but I am sure we will be back again, I really want to use the hot tub!!

      Thoughtfully planned and executed business model
We have stayed here before and felt privileged to have experienced Sam's beautifully presented rooms and fantastic breakfasts. Although we stayed in the smallest room available this time it did not disappoint. A thoughfully planned and executed business model at a more than fair price. We shall certainly visit again.       Never dissappoints.
A second visit and a second stay in The Great Ouse room in the garden. Excellent room with excellent facilities. Sam’s breakfast seems to get better and better. You cannot go wrong if you are in the area and want a quality B&B. Parking on site, a friendly host, comfortable rooms and a nice excellent breakfast. Gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

      Far beyond expectations
Far beyond expectations - a divine stay. Every detail was covered from fresh milk for the filter coffee to dressing gowns & Elemis toiletries. Beautifully appointed large room with own terrace table. Delicious bespoke breakfast - buttery mushrooms & eggs & smoked salmon on sourdough.

      Luxury stay
What a stunning place! Gorgeous rooms, clean, comfy bed. The hosts are friendly and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is fabulous and love the 'taste, don't waste' approach. Will definitely book again and highly recommend. Relaxing, luxury stay

      Perfect
Spent two wonderful nights here. The host Sam, was very welcoming and happy to chat. Our accommodation was stunning, immaculately clean and set within beautifully maintained gardens. Bella and Cali, the owners dogs were lovely. Breakfast was superb, would highly recommend.
