Eagle Mill’ Sustainability Practices

We are passionate about sustainability and have an eco-focused ethos, which includes supporting our local and national community where we can.  Here are a few of the ways Eagle Mill is being more sustainable:

New EV charger installation

We’ve recently had an EV charger installed by EV 360 for guests in the Eagle Mill car park.

No excessive washing of laundry

To save water and detergents, we launder guests bed linen after 3 days, unless requested otherwise.

Towel Reuse

Towels that are hung or placed on the heated rail will be left for reuse, but we will happily change those left on the floor or in the bath. 

Locally sourced ingredients

Our sausages and bacon are sourced from local farm shop, Johnsons of Old Hurst and when in season, tomatoes and mushrooms will reach your plate fresh from the fenland.
