Tasty & locally sourced home cooked breakfasts

Rise & shine

Sam and Sonya are keen that Eagle Mill is as sustainable as possible. To this end, they ensure that where possible, their breakfast materials are locally sourced. Their sausages, cured back bacon and black pudding are all produced by a local family butcher and when in season, tomatoes and mushrooms will reach your breakfast plate fresh from the fenland.

If you are lucky, during the autumn months, you will taste Eagle Mill’s own apple juice and Sam’s apple and plum jam is pretty tasty too.

Breakfast serving times:

We cook from a small domestic style kitchen and our breakfast room is restricted in size. To enable us to cook fresh delicious breakfasts with minimum waste, please place your order and your preferred timeslot prior to 21:00 hours
